When I arrived at the hotel, the location was perfect, easily accessible to all places I wanted to visit in Kochin. The staff was very friendly and understanding, making me feel welcomed right from the start. However, the dining experience was not great, with limited options that took quite a while to arrive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
